
Sandra Bass, FNP-BC, Primary Care Provider
Sandra Bass was born and raised in Indiana, and has called the Phoenix area her home for over 20 years. After obtaining her Bachelor of Nursing degree, she became an Army nurse. She attended Northern Arizona University and obtained her FNP. Sandra’s outside interests include scuba diving, running, yoga, and gardening.

Linda Lieber, FNP, Primary Care Provider
Linda Lieber became an RN in 2003 and worked in critical care on a cardiac unit for 15 years and two years as a hospice RN in home health care. She has been a nurse for over 20 years. While attending graduate school she worked at psychiatric inpatient and outpatient facilities. She always had a passion for helping others and becoming a nurse. Linda’s father and best friend both were recipients of organ transplants. She moved to Arizona from Dallas in 1987. She loves the Cowboys! She has three adult children; two boys and one girl, all who live in the Phoenix metropolitan area. She has a 7-year-old granddaughter who she adores and enjoys spending time with. She enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, kayaking, and going to the White Mountains. She has a tiny yorkie who is 18 years old and four turtles. Linda enjoys helping people and patients with their health and wellness as well as other needs they may have. She has provided care to patients with many different health problems and of all ages with many different physical and psychological conditions which include cardiac, respiratory, kidney, transplant patients, cancer, as well as chronic and acute care that she sees in the clinic. She enjoys meeting and helping all patients and brings that passion to the Southwest Family Medicine patients she serves.
