What our employees say...

“I’ve always had a commitment to serving underserved populations but have been frustrated with the lack of competence and functionality at other community clinics. SB&H has proved to me much different, however, with excellent providers, therapists, and support staff that care and are good at what they do which allows me to do our important work effectively and efficiently and enjoy it. I also think SBH is unique in that there are teaching opportunities which are hard to find outside academic settings.”

“I have been working at SB&H for over a year now and it has been a great experience from the beginning. While still living in Florida, I received a job offer from SB&H for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner position available. The onboarding, credentialing, and relocation process was handled with such a professionalism and efficiency that made the transition, not only for me, but for my family a very smooth one. I love most about SB&H that I’m recognized and valued as a professional. SB&H is a great place to work and the employee benefits are an A+!”

“I chose Southwest Behavioral & Health Services because the team shares my belief that a multidisciplinary approach is very important in working with patients towards their recovery. At SB&H we have an element of teamwork that helps us to assess and provide therapeutic interventions that are patient centered. We have everything from peer support, vocational services, case management, therapy and medication management services. Working with individuals and families on gaining their life back is at the center of our work at Southwest Behavioral Health.”
