Community Living

Our Community Living facilities provide the following services:

Behavioral health interventions in a community-based residential setting that assists adults in resolving behavioral issues and gaining greater community independence. Services are designed to build upon an individual’s strengths, and provide community supports while minimizing escalation of behaviors that may lead to more restrictive treatment settings and prevent recurrence of symptoms. Treatment frequency, modality and length of stay will vary by individual needs and preferences. Services are provided in various houses, facility, or shared apartment settings and address co-occurring substance abuse/behavioral health issues, crisis planning, and independent living skill building.
