Southwest Behavioral & Health Services Receives Grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) has received a three-year, $125,000/year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The funds will be used to support the organization’s mental health first aid training program in school and community-based settings throughout Arizona.

Southwest Behavioral and Health Services Community Resilience Center Receives New Patio Area Through Local Eagle Scout Project

On Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, Eagle Scout candidate Elias Bunn presented the Southwest Behavioral & Health Services Community Resilience Center with two handmade picnic tables, the result of his Eagle Scout service project. In order to achieve the rank of Eagle, Elias had to earn a minimum of 21 merit badges and show leadership by planning, developing and completing a community service project.
