The December 15 event provided workshops and guided meditation at SB&H’s administration building located in Phoenix.

The bikes will be used for the organization’s InSHAPE program, a lifestyle program that helps people with serious mental illness and obesity lose weight. InSHAPE leadership will give the bikes to participants who successfully complete their health goals.

Southwest Behavioral Names New Vice President of Northern Arizona

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services has named Edward O’Brien vice president of Northern Arizona Operations. In the new role, O’Brien will oversee all northern Arizona operations. During his tenure at Southwest Behavioral, O’Brien has held several leadership roles, including community outreach specialist, senior team lead, housing coordinator, and most recently, interim regional program director for Mohave County and Payson.
