Woman's Ordeal Ends in Hope for Sex-Trafficking Victims

Individuals like Julie advocate for sex trafficking victims, engaging with community agencies/healthcare providers and others on his or her behalf.
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services Hosts Internship Match Program

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H), a member of the Association of Post-Doctoral and Psychology Internship Centers (APPIC), hosted the 2020 Doctoral Psychology National Internship Match program on Jan. 10. The clinical training department at SB&H received 107 applications and interviewed 73 applicants from across the country. The program helps match the 28 open internship positions with qualified candidates slated to begin work Sept. 2020.

The event shed light on the important public health issue of drug and alcohol abuse that heavily impacts our communities.
